Yes. This worked much better. Thank you for this. Let me know if you are sick of seeing my headlights lol. Worked on it this morning with a fresh head and a cup of coffee. Also put in the switchback LEDs again. Not sure what I like more, the white looks cleaner and makes the yellow look nice too when the fogs are on. Did the 10' back approach with the 0.4 down angle as shown in the picture. My driveway is mostly flat for 10', I will have to check tonight and see if they are throwing far enough down the road. They were not last night for sure. Some more details of the wire loom and how I ran that parallel to the existing wiring harness in front of the radiator.

Removed the green LEDs from the radio and climate control and are back to white LEDs.

Since they discontinued the passenger side self-adjuster I picked one up from Napa. Made in China sadly.

OEM on top, Napa on bottom.

Finally got my harness and one side of lights in. After losing a lens sometime yesterday.

    ^^ Harness

Also, this is a crappy harness I bought before I started crimping. I had it so I figured I’d use it for now.

The whole thing is just ripe for a one piece LED assembly with a little black trim plate for the one impossible bolt.

Got the katzkins in….just need to find time to slowly do one seat at a time.
Hoping I don’t hate the color but I went with the darker gray interior color code (perforated leather inserts as well) to match the top console and door cards instead of the tan typical oem leather seat color. Also need to figure out how to wire up the heated seats with the install.
Figured I would pull the passenger seat and work out the kinks with it then move to driver seat, and then do the back bench.

Put some Aerospace 303 on the door seals and Rain-X on the windshield to make opening doors and clearing the windshield much easier in the freezing rain and sleet outside.

I use the protectant stuff. Works great to keep your doors from freezing to the seals after freezing rain.

Anyone know the part number for the top most 10mm bolt for the headlights? The ones I have are beef and when I tried to reuse them with new plastic inserts they would up spinning the inserts. Oops.

Thanks. I picked up some 15077’s. They look like a match. Maybe I’ll clamp and pre drill the inserts a little bit to give them room.

I started to go into a how-to and realized I can't say for sure. I can say I think you can handle it no problem and it won't be that much of a pain.

I yanked mine when i did my front bumper and cut my fenders and if I were able to reinstall them...... well, you ever see a woman wearing a long slip under a not-as-long dress? yeah.. wasn't workin out. Water in the intake would be my only concern but I don't cross rivers. Good excuse to run a snorkle if you do

I think that color is way better, from the pics it looks like it matches your dash and door trim, pillars, etc.

    Do it, carpet is niiice.

I DIY'ed carpet on my bed storage box with bulk carpet from Homer and used this stuff as adhesive. Would probably work well on fiberglass too.

@empty_lord you can definitely do it, you've got youth & efficient body sizing to allow you to do the job in place over your head without too many aches the next day.
I've done several headliners, but i always remove the shell so I'm not working upside down. You always get a/some wrinkles working upside down.
You'll need some custom "T"s to help hold the carpet while you work it & while it dries. I know you'll not pull the cap & flip it.

PERHAPS? Consider cutting some Luan & carpeting that, then fasten that to the roof. Then You can always remove a panel to run wires/install speakers/hide a gun/install insulation behind the panels. Think (er, research?) 1970's custom van interior. I won't hold you to the waterbed or Wizards.

I feel like your truck needs to up the game from a basic carpet job. ;-)
