As we are all going to end up looking for stuff for the truck, could we get a pinned thread for people to post what they found that fits and where they get it. Seen a running board not fit, a tri-fold cover that did, seat lifts that do. Would be good to see it all in one place.

I’ve seen that all the 2nd gen “leveling kits” work for the 3rd gen. There are plenty of options for leveling kits on Amazon and other websites.

Might want to double check. I think there is going to be some discrepancies between who calls the truck 2/2.5/3rd Gen. That 3rd Gen on Amazon might be a 2.5.

I see this link getting passed around a lot. I checked it out and was about to pull the trigger, but stopped myself. I wish their shipping was more reasonable. It's pretty expensive. Nearly $500 for shipping for $800 running boards. Yeah...I get they're big and awkward. However, as a former purchasing manager, I know it doesn't cost that much to ship.

I'll probably wait 6 months until N-Fab or some other aftermarket companies have them for sale.

My first set of accessories I'm waiting on:
    • Running Boards or Steps
    • Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover (I've heard the 2.5 Gen Toyota Tri-Fold one fits?)
    • Husky or Weathertech Floor liners - Pretty much whichever company puts them on the market first.

Yup…that was the case for me too even though I was offered 30% off shipping.

It ended up being the same price by the time I negotiated a price/installation with my local dealer for steps and the safe.

With my 2 little kids I need both of those sooner than later

I was fine with their steps and mat they had and was floored by shipping as well. Not sure I want to be the first to pull the trigger and hope the site is right that it all fits right. Main goal for me is the cover, mat, and running boards/step tube. Storage without worrying about sun/rain is great and while at 6'5 I will have no issues getting in and out, my 5' wife will appreciated the mid point of the boards.

I'm watching to see when Diamondback puts out an HD cover and cab guard. That will be the very first mod if/when I buy a '22. Husky floor mats would be next.

I'd really like a canoe rack for the cab. I have an OEM dealer installed canoe roof rack on my 2012 Tacoma and I love it. I know I can get a rack for the bed that would still work with a soft or even hard tonneau cover, but I guess you often like what you grew up using and have grown accustomed to. Ideally a canoe rack on the cab and a rolling tonneau would give me maximum capability for my intended use.

Love'em or hate'em, my bet is on Rough Country. They always seem quick to market with products for new models. They were teasing lifts for the Ford Maverick on Instagram within a couple of weeks after customers started taking delivery.

Those 1.75” almost give it a reverse rake in those pics. Oh well, who knows how long it will take for the dealer to fill my allocation. Maybe i’ll have lots of options by the time they have one for me
