    FEELER IS OVER

    Go to group buy link

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/orion-cooler-group-buy-actually-starting.13645/

    So...
This is just a feeler because
I'm probably going to be able to make a group buy happen on ORION coolers, and from the way it sounds, it'll be a pretty solid discount. For more info see post #200 in
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/yet...ool-or-is-it-all-a-bunch-of-hype.12969/page-7

    or go to:
    http://orioncoolers.com/

I've heard a few guys say they'd be interested so please let me know so I can negotiate numbers. The depth of the discount will depend on numbers, and the larger the number I go into negotiations with the more leverage I have. If there is no interest then I'm not going to initiate.

Pretty sure these guys said they either "are" or "might" be interested but I can't remember who else.
    @tigerfan00@joonbug@Law323

@ramonortiz55 Have you been able to get a cooler GB going for the other forums? And would they be interested in this?

They make the best kayaks in the world and I know people with these coolers that say they are equal quality of competiyors, if not better, due to the latches, the density, and multiple other features not offered on other coolers.

I'm sold, and it's not because I'm biased due to being friends many years ago.

Steeper prices than RTIC but if the discount is solid I'd be willing to spend more for the quality.

Details next week. We are in agreement and the GB is coming. He will look to see what he has in stock to give best options on, we will determine the numbers we need to hit for discount tiers, and we will pull the trigger ASAP. He's VERY interested and really wants to get more visibility in our market.

The more interest we have the better the discount. Keep your interest posts coming so I can have heavy numbers for leverage.

    All good news.....

I've seen the Orion 65 up close. Was quite impressed. Are they overpriced??? Not really. They come fully equipped with things std that are sold as accessories on other coolers. I'm thinking on this.....

I'm working on getting myself one ASAP so i can stand behind it...or not. I've heard awesome review from personal friends so i'm not concerned about them not being on the same level as some other higher end cooler, or maybe even better. A cooler is a cooler, but some are on a different playing field according to many that posted in the Yeti Inquiry thread. Prep and features take some of these cooler to the next level. Keeping things cold is easy if done right

Like @matluth stated there are standard features on these that are purchasable features on others.

I was quite impressed with the Orion I actually had hands on. My friend Jeff borrowed his friend's 1 ton dually Ram. Was in the back. "Let me check it out". It was at least a 65. It was locked and loaded with everything you would want from the get go.
