    This one is a little different but for some reason it popped into my head.

    I had been in Honduras for about a week and the broadcaster I was replacing wanted to make a "goodbye" dinner of spaghetti for another broadcaster, our engineer, and myself. He was a weird dude - I see him in the little kitchen our radio station had and he's scratching his head while making the sauce. Little dandruff flakes are falling down onto the sauce like it's snowing. Freakin' nasty.

    Anyways, I didn't want to call him out but there was no way I was going to eat it. My brain is scrambling to figure out a way out of it. We are sitting at the table and his starts ladling out his dandruff sauce. I saw a mushroom and said "I'm so sorry - I should have mentioned this earlier but I'm allergic to mushrooms. I can't even pick them out of the sauce, I'll swell right up."

    He looks all distraught, screams "I COULD HAVE KILLED YOU!!!!", and starts banging on his head with both fists (causing another dandruff snowstorm). I'm telling him "It's okay! You didn't know! I'll go make myself a sandwich!" The other two are like "what the fuck?" and eating their dandruff spaghetti.

    "C" measurements depend on what filters you apply. High Pass or Low Pass. If bass is the nuisance which is fucking aggravating, then you use a B&K. In this case you set a low pass filter to pass only 100 Hz for example with a Bruel&Kjaer sound pressure test instrument to focus in on the noise nusience. Problem is it's about $3K. Ha....
