Nice, same as mine. I was nervous about going up a size on stock suspension, but I don’t have any rubbing and it seems that my speedometer is still accurate.

No pressure leak. I suppose it could have been a million different things. Anyone else have experience with these tires being soft or damage prone? I've got maybe 4k miles on them.

Odd appearance. Looks like something very hot got lodged in the tire tread. Mine have been great so far…fingers crossed!

First of all thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences with these tires. I went with 275/75R18 to replace my stock Michelin's. The main reason was towing. the Michelin's only have 20k miles on them...they will be going on marketplace. any suggestions on price? No curb shots or other scars, plenty of tread. The soft sidewalls of the Michelin's were very concerning for to me. These tires make the tow SO much more comfortable, yet give an amazing ride for their ability. I started with 45lbs in the rear and 40lbs up front. I will bump up 10 psi next trip and see how that feels.

What PSI are you folks running in normal conditions with no cargo? I'm thinking of starting with 40lbs all four corners. I saw @CaptainCobb started there, not sure if he stayed at that though. Any feedback with the PSI you're running would be appreciated. The tire store wanted to set them to what the factory sticker read, which is like 33lbs, i'm not liking that at all. Someone mentioned they got 110k miles out of a set of these, I'd love to know that PSI, and I will be rotating frequently. I'm also going add the 1.25 spacers for looks, no clearance issues at all.

I’m running mine at 35psi with my Falcon shocks. Still as quiet and smooth as the day I got them. Rotating every 10k miles when I get my oil changed. Have 40k miles on them, and looks like they will easily make their 60k mile warranty.

Mine are 295/70 R18s with an E load rating. I am running 40 PSI on all 4…unless I’m convinced otherwise.
Edit: I lied and forgot I reduced the pressure to 35 PSI on all 4 as I wanted a little better ride. I may go back to 40 PSI when towing my boat.

mine are E rates as well. Are there different ratings on the XLT’s? I thought they were all E rated.

You’re probably right. I just try to make a habit of stating the load rating as they can differ with some mfrs.

Looking at these for my Limited. Wanted to bump a size but the 265/60/20 are over $300 a tire! Do I need a different size for it to be cheaper? For that price I’ll likely go Michelin LTX again.

I am running 285/55/20 on my Platinum, possibly different load rating?

From what I’m seeing, $300’ish is about the going rate for popular 33”ish AT 20” tires unless you find a “buy 3, get one free” type of deal.

Running at that pressure didn't help, so I'm going to dump them. Just got back from DT, who Road Force balanced them again, saying the RF needed to be turned on the rim quite a bit. Well... the wobble is worse now; starts earlier in the MPH and extends longer. Sucks.

How are your brakes and rotors? Could also cause some vibration if they are low or bad.

Please report back your experience with these once you get them on. My Coopers are fine but I'm thinking about the Toyos for the next set. I just put a set of the Toyo Open Country ATIIIs on my '98 Tacoma and happy so far. They are a little noisier than the BFG KO2s I had, which surprised me a bit. I did have a defect on one tire that I'm getting replaced now. The bad spot had a tear that showed me how thin the rubber actually is on the cheaper (but lighter weight) SL tires, so I'll be sure to go C or E on the next set.

I suspect they will be a bit louder than the Coopers, but the steering wheel shake of the latter was never going to work.

Went with Michelin Agilis Cross climates in 275 70R 18. they ride supper nice for being a 10ply tire and have great snow ratings.

Personally I love my XLTs, but I expect my next tire will be the Toyo OC AT3 as well. Dont like the direction Cooper is heading.

May I ask what black bolts you are using for your SCS rims? My rims have silver bolts all the way around the rim.

Change of plans, not replacing the Coopers with the Toyo Open Country AT3s, but rather Yokohama Geolander A/T G015. I have a buddy working a contract gig for a guy that runs a custom wheel business in Alabama, and has owned his owner tire shop for decades, and he said they are the best truck tires he's ever owned. Less weight than the Coopers, and less $, which will translate into a refund when I get the Coopers pulled off. After DT rebalanced them this week, the truck is almost undriveable, so I'm done.

ETA: The Geolanders are fine, with MUCH less weight stuck on the wheels to balance. That's the good. The bad is the numbnut that put them on scratched all 4 of my wheels in doing so. The store manager at Discount Tire did me right, is replacing the wheels, and I can choose what to put on, as long as they are similar in price.

I've only had my coopers for a week or so.....knock on wood they've been really good. I'll know more when the weather turns south since they've only seen dry pavement.

    Update:
Just over 60,000 miles on these Coopers.
I will be replacing them soon. I have been very happy with the performance. Never any issues with balance, uneven wear or anything like that. They have worked hard off-road and relative high road speeds.

80,000 miles on this set. Time for new shoes. They have worked hard; you can see the pit marks and gouges in surface. I am impressed, so obviously replacing with the same.
