For anyone looking to replace the stock 00-06 Tundra leaf spring or shackle bushings, I discovered while doing some R&D, that the shackle bushings are the same EXACT physical dimensions down to .001" of the leaf spring eye bushings, but far more expensive.
I can't say whether the rubber is a different durometer or not though. Just thought this might save you some money

90389-A0007 Leaf spring bushing ~$3 USD
    90389-A0006 Shackle bushing ~$16-20+ USD

Message me if you're interested in poly bushings

Thanks for posting this. This is the only resource I’ve found on the internet that addresses this. I was looking to tackle the leaf spring bushing replacement this weekend and couldn’t justify paying 20 bucks per shackle bushing. Going to try with the a0007 part and will report back

Yup! The a0007 bushings works in lieu of the a0006 ones. Confirmed this weekend when I changed out my shackle bushings using the a0007 ones.

Good luck on your job, getting those shackle/leaf spring bushings out is tricky (I would say almost impossible) without the right tools. I ended up taking my shackles off and bringing them to a local outfit that specializes in motor mounts and bushings. They have a 20 ton hydraulic press there and I’m guessing an air hammer/vise, and they ended up pressing/knocking out the old bushings and pressing in the a0007 bushings.
