So I’m in the middle of installing new struts and uca’s and replacing cv axle seals and noticed the right front inner wheel seal at the hub is destroyed. I think its part #9031669001. It looks like the pic below. Or 43511G in the part diagram.

Im wondering if i can just replace it or if theres other things involved like repacking the hub with grease or something? I didnt check for play in the bearing but I’m hoping I can just replace the seal and move on. Anyone have experience with this?

Nothing else to worry about IMO. If everything else is good to go, I would plop down my $15 ( I think I got one from napa for less than $13 a few years ago) don't buy the $50 kit of 4 if you aren't pressing out the hub and all that, just swap the mangled one you see on the inner knuckle. Don't gouge when pulling the old, and seat the new evenly. Easy peasy and cheap since you are already in there. If its just the final seal, doesn't involve hub shaft or bearing. I am not a professional, and this is from memory, which requires brain cells I don't take good care of, so don't take my word for it.

The only grease in there is in the bearing, which you will not have access to after pulling the seal. just air and steel in there otherwise. I didn't replaces the old air with OEM, I just used the air in my shop.
