As we all know the fold up rear seats are less than ideal for the booming bass boxes that other vehicles can install. And unless you spend a grip of money for a professional shop what set up can the average Joe put in that is quality. I saved a lot of money buying online in bits and pieces. And to me the sound quality is amazing. You won't hear me booming from two blocks away but it is clear and by far the best I've ever had. What have you all installed?

I have a 1st gen so I cant really help you that much.

For mine I used a q logic box. Its on my build page. I did lose one compartment but I wasn't using it any way. Mine is sealed but I can port it out if I wanted too. Box was 2 bills.if I remember right.

As for sound its a very tight bass. Helps out in the bottom end very nicely.

Awesome where can I see what you did? Sorry still trying to get the hang of it here. Is the space from 1st gen to 3rd that huge of a difference?

Nice truck and that box is great. I did score a subbox on eBay. Took a while to decide but got lucky cause I didn't want two separate boxes for my subs Amy local shop was going to charge $280 just for the box build..got this one on eBay for $170. It's no ported and can fit my two JLAUDIO 10" 10tw3s hits hard.

I just bought a 15. These are the same speakers I want. Can you give me the link to where you bought the box. I'm also looking to buy some of these speakers so if you got these online could you send me the link too please. That set up looks awesome!

I'm wondering if there is enough depth in the floor, to cut out the foam and sink the subs and amps? Anyone know the depth of the cargo storage boxes for the 3rd gens?

Yes sir I love this box and Sub set up with a bass switch it's perfect. Seems like the more power you push the more they respond.

I was hesitant while waiting for my box to arrive due to older reviews on these guys. But I assure you customer service and quality of the build is great. http://youtu.be/gPM2C6Qg8-U

Do you know the depth of 12" subs that would fit? I've been looking at a box on Ebay that is made to order for behind the rear seat, just need to tell the seller the size of the sub you plan on using. I believe its $175 plus 40 shipping.

I haven't looked into it any further at this time. Kind of stopped spending money and just enjoying the truck as is.
