Wrapped the chrome looks pretty good. I used Averys gloss white. Read somewhere on here it was a close match. And it's not bad at all.

I did remove and disassemble the grill, buldge and end caps. (Didn't break any clips or tabs) Took about 4-5 hours start to finish. Have about $60.00 in it.

I almost didn't do the bumper caps because I'm installing a winch bumper brush guard in a week or two.
The end caps were a pain btw..

Thanks I appreciate it. It's a tedious process. But we'll worth it in my opinion.

Here's the link to Amazon I wish I'd bought a 5x6 so I could have done the mirrors

That is one of the nicest front end transformations I have seen that did not utilize OEM painted replacements.
    $60 extremely well spent.

Nice work OP that looks great. I need to do this. I have zero experience using wrap material but I've watched a few YouTube videos, own a heat gun and have plenty of time on my hands so I should be good right? Seriously though nice job! Screenshot_20200520-174323_Chrome.jpg

Thank you sir. As far as wrapping goes I have wrapped a few things over the years and have a couple of tips for you..

First use 3m or Avery vivvid vinyl is good but not as forgiving to install as the two other brands I recommend.

Second some areas you need to pull the vinyl in two directions at once. Forward and to either side. The smoother you can get it to lay the less work it is.

Third if wrapped alot, a whole vehicle get a vinyl wrap glove.
It's alot easier/forgiving to use your fingers to work the air out of the vinyl.

A heat gun and patience is a must. Along with a quality wrap you should have great results. It is a common sense type install..

    Good luck and thanks again..
