They made a lot of black ones but they're too fast to see unless parked. Thats why you see a lot of white ones on the road.

Thanks fellas! Sadly, the paint is pretty messed up. Lots of chips from a bed cap, micro cracking on the hood, deep scratches. Wish the POs took better care of the paint, but its only got 155k now and zero rust as it's a southern truck. Plan is to bedliner it. Might not keep it black though :monocle: Here's all I got since I just got the wheels two weeks ago.

Oof. I'm not a fan of that look at all. I feel like it makes sense on old beater jeeps or dedicated trail rigs but otherwise ruins the look of the vehicle. These trucks look timeless with decent paint.

I get that, but there are options. Thicker like the inside of the bed doesn't look great, but it can be done much less rough. Depends on the spray gun. Lots of videos showing great results. Unfortunately, I think black bedliner (or any dark color) looks the worst, and white looks great. I think Cummins3500 pulled it off quite well. On top of that, a bedliner paint job only costs a couple hundred and can be done at home vs thousands for something that's going to get scratches and such from the trails. Relatively bullet proof and can be pressure washed to look new. Although it's not a Toyota, this looks great IMO -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pbi4wYo4oEI

255/70/17 on 4Runner rims. Nothing special but I think it looks nice.

those rims and tires make that truck pop. It looks really really REALLY good! Do you mind if I ask what size tires and rims and the brand of the rims?

Man, I appreciate the hell out of that compliment. I put a lot of time, blood, sweat and tears in that damn truck. My dad came over the other day to pick some stuff up and watching/hearing it drive away was tough. I am extremely happy with my new truck and even more happy that he has it now, but damn do I miss it.

Doing a front end rebuild and 2.5" Ironman lift in Jan. Probably run the 265/70's that are it for now, we'll see how long that lasts though. :D
