You can get Raptor liner in an aerosol can at AutoZone.

I might get a can and play around with it to see if I can pull that off.

 

Its not that expensive.

Make sure you have a decent compressor to apply the product if you want the rough texture.

The areosol cans are good for touch up areas, but dont give the same results as with a compressor and the liner and hardener mixture.

Had one of my nitto ridge grapplers refuse to balance a few weeks ago, got the replacement in and getting it balanced currently. Looking at red lobster through the window...

 

Yes just make sure you clean pillar good, add adhesions promotor and be very careful when install the carbon fiber overlays

New surround and hood bulge... actually fine with the limited grill

 

This looks great!! Can you post links to the parts and some tips on install?

 

Hood bulge is a few 10mm screws and then pressure clips. Once screws are out, slowly tug and remove the hood bulge.
For 2018 and up, unplug the TSS sensor. Grille has 4 10mm screws and a few button clips. Onces those are removed you reach down into the engine bay and push the guide clips free (1 on each side and an arm length down and each end) once the grille is loose, just tug to put each side free (can do solo or have someone help).
If you are removing the insert from surround, ensure clips are warm (cold plastic breaks easy) and slowly pop them free. You will probably break a few but it should affect it too much. There are also some screws holding the insert to the surround.

SICK! What did that set you back? I was debating on doing the mat wrap. Is that a color match mat wrap or the mat clear film?

 

Don't forget to unplug the TSS sensors on the 2018 and up before you yank the grill off.

 

$419 shipped from Sparks got the 2014-2017 platinum grill was $100 cheaper than current model... bulge about $195 free shipping. The hardest part was removing the grill insert from new grill... used heat gun for a few secs on clips and then nylon pry tool. Only broke one clip....

Have some SCS rays and Eibach 2.0 kit to do next... and find tires.

 

I did get some wrap samples recently and the 3M 1080 Gloss white aluminum? Seems to be pretty damn close to match. I may do that to bumper ends... or go matte black on those.

Got the BMC today here in South Texas, and ordered some Nitro gears.

 

mind if i ask how much the BMC cost? All the shops near me want to charge $500+ for the BMC even if the plates are provided, which is way more than what I've seen a few people post it cost them.

 

2way radio mounted in centre console, antenna routed, Ics chase light brackets mounded with some rigid flood pods, and 35x12.5-17 duratrac tires. Now I just have to run wired to lights.

No pictures unfortunately but installed a block heater and a battery warmer this evening. I'm debating on putting an in cab heater in as well, but that's more so for my comfort. We routinely see temperatures colder than -30c / -22f. Last year we had a couple days of -50c/-58f with the windchill so I try to keep the truck as warm as possible to lessen the strain on it.

 

I lived in Fairbanks Alaska in the 80’s cab heater is the way to go.

 

BMC's are around $300-$350 here in OR. I have had 5 vehicles done, just wanted to share that so you didn't think I was talking out of my ARSE.
