Truck is long overdue for new shoccks due to inventory issues but mostly my indecisiveness. I can't decide what package to go with. I've considered options from rough country coilovers to fox 2.5 w/dcs.

My truck is a daily driver but sees dirt every weekend. My goal for the time being is to be able to drive down rough washboard dirt roads at decent speeds.

My question for the community is what shocks will meet my needs....looking for about 2.5 - 3 " lift.

    Testimomials and pictures please !

Man, that's the best introduction I've ever seen, feel like I've known you for years, welcome to the forum bud!

This forum has a special feature you won't find anywhere on the internet. We call it 'search'. Pretty innovative. If you type in a word you want, then check off two boxes, it finds a lot of stuff. You can use words like OME or 5100 to find great examples, which may be a lot more successful than making your 1st post a demand for everyone else to post pics and advice, you know how folks love bending over backwards for strangers who don't introduce themselves! ;)

Here's a quick visual aid to help, but I also included an example search below that that'll give lots of results. Don't hesitate to check this thread that's conveniently stuck to the top of the thread list, lots 'o pictures, asa @bmf4069 will tell you, we LOVE pictures! Like, a lot! :D

Bilsteins are king, Toyota used them as OEM options, so here's a sample search for you: https://www.tundras.com/search/4619269/?q=5100s&t=post&o=date&g=1&c[node]=2

Good luck, friend! Super stoked to have you on board.

Some shocks have been on backorder forever. Bilstein 5100s are a good example, I wanted them back in 08 but they were on backorder everywhere. Today, still on backorder.

You can get the parts it just takes time.
