On US models, multi terrain monitor and panoramic view monitor(360) are 2 separate options, you can have either one or both, just wondering where they are placing all the cameras.

Front of grill, reverse camera on tailgate, I believe there's another one by the satellite radio antenna on the roof plus one on the bottom of each door mirror.

Are you sure Multi terrain monitor comes on SR5 Off Road? I haven't seen that stated anywhere.

You are right, multi terrain monitor is only available on Limited TRD off road.
Panoramic 360 camera on Platinum and 1794.

On all the videos I have watched, SR5 have multi terrain and/or 360, I am surprised they are not available in Canada.

I know. I have a SR5 TRD Offroad reserved and a front camera is the one thing I would love to be able to add.

one of the local dealers quoted me $59,500 today for this model including fees, PDI and freight. But plus tax of course.

Multi cams are so common these days, whoever at Toyota Canada responsible for packaging the Canadian contents needs to reconsider, it’s unreasonable to require customers to spend $65K+ to get this feature.

...and it's extremely useful on a full size truck. It really should be standard on all trim levels. Toyota should be looking at this as a safety feature.

Perhaps someone who has connections to Toyota Canada can let them know and hopefully they will re-package the Canadian contents.

Talked to my dealer today. They weren't sure if the multi terrain view on TRD OR package also does double duty as a parking lot multi-cam.
Sp the more I look into it, the more I think I'm just going to go with a standard Limited trim. Between not getting the black TRD 20" rims and the multi-cam not being useful for parking lots, I dont think the TRD is worth it for me. I don't do enough off road to need it otherwise...was more of an appearance and tech package for me, which doesn't seem to be realized now that the details are coming out.

I am in exact position as you, also ordered a Limited, I never do off road. I prefer a smoother ride and I rather keep the Limited 20” wheels.
On US models, multi terrain and panoramic cams are considered 2 different features, I think the panoramic cam is more for parking purposes, unfortunately in Canada you need to go as high as Platinum to get it.

I have it on my F150. Its so useful when parking in tight spaces. I could get by without it, though.

Does the tundra have a front facing parking sonar?

Trick King on youtube did a review of the TRD OR and they complained that it only had a back up camera only.

It's near the end of the video.

I have seen front parking sonar on many of the US videos, not sure if they have included that on Canadian models and starting from which trim.

The order guide Ive seen says it has Intuitive Park Assist with auto braking. Which i believe is just fancy speak for front and rear sonars with auto braking.

Panoramic camera is a $290 option in the US. We have to spend $70K+ to get it, that’s absurd!

Intuitive park assist is only mentioned on SR5 TRD off road and TRD sport but not on Limited TRD off road, does that mean it’s included on Limited and above?

They have some odd restrictions for Canada. I think the base Limited package is the sweet spot right now. I have a 2016 F150 Platinum with all the goodies. Here is my take on the premium options after 5 years:
    - Power running boards (mine work, but they have seized up before and will probably break again soon. Perfect step postion, but wont miss having them)
    - 360 parking view (it is very handy, but I use the normal backup cam more. No front sonars on F150, so the toyta should be better since it has those)
    - Large digital instrument cluster (nice, but regular size one will do just fine)
    - Pro Trailer Backup (this is an amazing feature and saved my butt when i got a boat this summer...ill have to live without and practice backing up 90 degrees into my driveway)
    - Massaging seats (they havent broken yet! and they are pretty decent. Gonna miss them)
    - Auto 4x4 (this is great. Im gonna miss it, but not the end of the world)
    - Pano sunroof (really nice, but honestly dont use it that much. Closed 95% of the time)
    - Power tilt, telescope wheel + pedals (nice to have for the memory function, but i dont use it much at all)
    - cooled seats (they work just OK in my opinion. Maybe toyotas are better)
    - lane departure warning (never use it. Annoying)
    - rader assisted cruise control (godsend)
    - auto parellel park (havent used it once)
    - crash alert (its come on about a dozen times at the exact moment I hit the brakes. Not sure if it saved me, but it does get your attention)
    - rain sensing wipers (theyre crap on the ford. Use manual. Wifes old mazda 3 had a better sensor).

I’d think this will work just fine for parking as well as offroad. The camera views can be switched through quickly from what I’ve seen.

That’s a US spec truck. Canadian Limited TRD offroads will have the bigger monitor and Multi terrain view.

That's cool and all, but I can't see myself paying a ton extra for it and certainly not worth jumping up to a limited from a SR5. A backup camera is great but I really wouldn't use a 360 camera very often at all. I'm off road a ton too. I don't park in tight places though. Back of the lot for me. I also don't want that flat screen television in my dash.

To each their own. For me, the package that comes with the Canadian trucks in the limited TRD OR makes it. I’m not a chrome fan however which is a negative.

I like the cameras alot. I have a very similar setup in my POS ‘19 F150.

Cooling seats, rear locker, pano roof, heated steering and the Softex seats are all options I’ve come to enjoy.

I like the cameras too, but also cant wait to get rid of my POS F150. Looking forward to getting back in a Toyota again even if it means a few less premium features.
