    Rear suspension just swapped from stock to trd sport. Now to do the fronts and add my shims to give a touch of lift.

    But did you throw some TM slaps on the shock bodies first?

    I don't have extra slaps to do this with.... life has been hectic but I plan to add one on a skid/cat plate when I repaint them

    Well karma got me. Since I didn't have a slap to add, I ran into some snags. Got things sorted but wasted a bit of time and a bunch of energy. Got the passenger side done and just have driver front to go! Driver front will be tomorrow morning...
    I had the stock black suspension. I have wheels installed besides the 1 that hasn't been changed.

    Curious on how you like the change to the Trd off road shocks.
    I'm actually thinking about pulling 6112/5160s and putting TRD off-road or 4600s on it.
    My black shocks are still in my attic, but they felt I was riding in a boat. :eek2:

    To those in the know;
    On a stock TRD/off-road setup, does it use the same coil springs as the black shocks?
    I mean, I'm sure they are the same size, but do they have the same spring rate?
    Seems to be a bunch different part numbers for coil springs, some with, some without the off-road package.

    ^ I probably should have posted that question in the suspension forum. :oops:

    the cut to size work best but the quart bags will hold two at a time.

    All ready, trailer fridge is loaded with food. Truck is loaded with firewood, guns, smokes, etc. All that needs to be done in the morning is hook-up and load the ice chest.

    If there is cell service at the campgrounds, I'll post some pics, if not see y'all Thursday night.
