FS: 3 switch panel insert plate

Where did you get this originally?

 

This switch panel was originally designed by @RainMan_PNW. He wasn't able to print them for everyone so I stepped in to help out.

 

I started with the concept from the one that CN Designs was doing, but actually built out the STL file myself to accommodate a few tweaks based on experience I had had with the fitment of different switches in my 2008, and how Toyota has unique bumps on different switches that will only work in specific openings unless you trim the switch or the opening. At it's core, the original file I have is somewhat modular so that I could easily remove an opening, or reconfigure an opening to use for a different shape switch or cut-out if I wanted to. Ultimately, when enough people were wanting the panel and there had been some difficulties in ordering from the other maker of them, I offered up the STL file and Adam jumped in and started to produce them for people (I have a printer at work, but it's not my place to use it for non-work purposes).

 

Got my switch plate in. Very cool. Not sure what I'm gonna set it up with, but at least I know I have it for when it's time....

Hey what’s that patch thing?

 

Well, the space under the console door is a bust. I'll have to roll the idea of a different shifter bezel around in my head. I know a lot of folks don't like the brown leather, but I do a lot; and I can't really have both the tray and the leather...

 

Yours didn't come with one? I've included one with each panel so either I forgot or you tossed it by accident

Just a tough weekend ... those of you who have served or are/were Police/Fire get it. There's no event worse (or more beautiful) than a police/fire funeral. Unfortunately this week we lost a local firefighter due to occupational cancer he contracted in the line of duty ... at only 39 years old. I am honestly not sure at all. I made all of my own harnesses for my OEM switches.
