What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Can you do me a favor and take a straight on pic of the flairs in daylight. I have the oem Bushwackers but they were wider then expected. TIA

 

Yes they are the OEM motorized TRD Pro headlights.

 

I have the same exact ones, think your suppose to mount on the outer rubber strip of the window not the metal door frame.

 

Crap.I think you're right. Yours look a lot cleaner. I didn't think sticking to the rubber would work as well. Too late to peel them off and redo.....

Maybe I can get some double-sided tape and redo them...

 

Where did you order your tailgate from? How much did it cost? Im in need of one myself.

 

I was able to peel them off with a heat gun and re stick them. Hopefully they stay on... I ordered some 3m VHB double sided tape as well in case they don't.

@3xYOTA ill grab some pictures for you this afternoon when I go out. Truck is in the garage now. I have the 1" flares, they make a 2" as well. I think the EAG smooth fender flares are what I will end up with. No worries I did the same until I read the instructions…haha just go get 1/4” double sided 3M tape and do it again

 

If you are parked on level ground, don't start the truck but set the emergency brake and then put it in reverse for your picture. It won't go anywhere. I have the Vleds tail conversion on mine.

 

I thought about doing that, but I'm also ok with not doing that.

Looks good…. Any chance I can see a pic from away looking at the side profile? I want something like this. Before my tundra I had in channels on my Tacoma. Looked good but over time they were creating too much rubbing with the glass. I don’t want to do in channels on the tundra.

 

Just rolled 1000 miles….Oil filter change. Pulled the pleats apart to inspect. Just a few metal flakes and slivers found.
Removed the Predator steps that came dealer installed for a cleaner looking OEM tube. Removed I-Force and Limited badges. Snug Top Rebel ordered. Was told 8-12 week turnaround. Ordered tailgate remote lock and black Tundra overlays. Happy T-day all!

I took advantage of the sales and ordered the NSV Lightbar and switchpro...

 

Gave the Ol girl some new shoes. Wrapped with Mickey Thompson a/t

 

Washed it today and ordered new leaf springs yesterday.

 

So yesterday i ordered my Fox 2.5 front coil overs and rear 2.5's with DSC for the Tundra along with a RSI top the Adventure series which isn't even out yet but i got a hook up for a pre order . I also ordered a Decked System for it . She is coming along good . looking at getting a hold of Keith over at Dirty Deeds and getting my exhaust setup ordered .

 

Here you go. Closest thing I can get to daylight right now.

 

Added $250 eBay tow mirrors and I’ll have to say they are great! They have a little vibration going above 60+ but it’s not that bad. They’re definitely an upgrade from the oem I’d recommend getting them
