Try what I did (by accident)

 

I don't have the charger but I do have that little silicone mats that you have. To save some grief, put a couple of glue dots (Zots) under it and it will not move when you open the console lid.

 

I think this is more an apple problem than Toyota problem. My belief is apple changed the QI charging components whenever they introduced the MagSafe charging on the 12. Have the same exact issue. Worked flawless before and now won’t work with my iPhone 12 Pro. I can charge my airpod pros on the arm rest no problem though lol

 

Do you have the link or location where you bought the insert? Would like to give this a try

 

Just put anything on there to create some distance.... try a piece of cardboard or stacked paper for now to see if it works for you.

Anyone has issue with these on the newer samsungs (S20, S21, Z fold etc)? I've been debating to get one but seems like a waste of money if it constantly cuts off.

 

The wife and I have S21s and they charge fine.
