I would like to modify my Tundra to be a better daily vehicle. I'm on the verge of purchasing a Diamond Back bed cover.

Stereo, headlights, brakes, suspension, bumpers, reverse lights, there are lots of ways to improve. It all depends on what you do with the truck and what the environment is like. For example, do you need a dry bed, a open bed for hauling cargo, a rack, security for cat convert., security for bed, wheel locks, seat covers, battery, deer protection, body side moulding for door ding protection. So many things to consider. Good luck!

Ranch Hand Summit front and rear bumpers. Diamondback SE tonneau cover. Rigid DOT fogs. LED headlight/fog replacement bulbs. Matt Gecko hood, and bed LED's. Foot well led's, and interior LED buld replacement. (warm) Broke the front shock of the 3" spacer lift, so replaced with 6112/5160 and 1' block rear. KO 2's. Speaker replacement, added amp and (2) 10's under seat. Weathertech floor mats. Salex organizers. Ziebart undercoating. RCI front, transmission/diff, and gas tank skids received, waiting for spring install. Compustar remote starter. front/rear dash cam.
DB bed cover was definitely one of my fav accessories.

Check out the Goodyear brand on Amazon. Pretty slick!

Common school of thought is that the rear sway bar is the best value. Personally I haven’t installed one yet but everyone swears by it.

My vote is upgrade the head unit to something with wireless CarPlay. I also swapped out the center console tray for one with wireless charging and love it.

I was really excited about upgrading suspension on mine. I went with tuned kings. I do love it and I’m happy. Though for daily driving it’s probably overall a worse ride (no surprise there). In hindsight I probably could have gotten a lot more value out of the money I spent on suspension elsewhere.

Lots of people rave about sound dampening. Personally I didn’t feel a huge shift. I did back wall of cab and all 4 doors with sound mat. I was so excited about this mod but really just don’t feel like it was worth the money for me.

Aesthetically I’m with you. Really dislike the chrome. But I couldn’t justify the money. Pay between $500-$1000?

The vent shades on my Tundra and Tacoma are the "tape" on style - my only experience with "in channel" style visors was disappointing. The first set of visors on the Tundra lasted 11 years - car wash finally got the best of the front visors. This set has been on the Tundra for 3 years and the on the Tacoma for 7 years. Since I wanted reliability and utility over style, the tape on visor was best choice for me.
