    It's official!
    We are in the planning stages of YotaFest - the first meet for all Toyota trucks and off-road vehicles.

    Who?
    Anyone with a Toyota who loves to play on the rocks and in the sand.

    When?
    Mark your calendars for the week of Friday Sept. 15 - Sept. 22.
    Main events will be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The rest of the week is for you to enjoy being surrounded by new friends and family in one of the prettiest places on earth.

    Getting involved?
    We currently have a handful of really awesome dudes making sure we can have a successful meet hopefully joining forces with Yotas all over the Country.

    Deets?
    Details are being ironed out as we speak. We have some really cool opportunities for vendors and owners in the works. As of right now we have a rough outline of our plans but some really interested parties. Stay tuned for updates over the next few weeks.

    How can you help?
    Spread the word. We wanna see every offroad Toyota under the sun in Moab for a fun, family oriented week. We ask those who are a part of any other forums to reach out and make this a reality. We currently have a couple hands in the pot over at TacomaWorld. Any promotion on other forums would be hugely appreciated. Especially over at any FJ/4Runner/Land Cruiser sites.

    There's a good amount of hype that can be followed up in the way of good times, but my balls are smalls when it comes to hitting the rocks off road in MY truck.

    I'm in but i'm not built to run some stuff like that unless it's easier than it looks. Like i mentioned last time i'd love to take shotgun and fill the tank and cooler!!!! I'd certainly be down to run some easier stuff in mine unless i hit the lottery sooner than later. Otherwise, i might rent something that can follow the big boys.

    COUNT ME IN!!!!     Mid September would be ideal.

    I'll be taking about 10 days off and headed to Oregon the last week of August to drop my daughter off at ranch camp if anyone's up for a little Oregonian Express.

    I'm figuring there will be some stock ridable trails for everyone to do some trail running in and some technical stuff for the big guns to hit. Especially if we are in and around Moab.

    I've been saving up for this so I can invest in working for permits and such from the rangers and forest service of needed.

    I haven't been saving but can contribute what i can.

    I'm not stock but i'm riding a little low in the back from my last MOAB trip. I fabbed up a little trick to lighten my load for trail running though so that'll help a bit.
    I probably wouldn't be able to pull the scratch together to improve my capabilities by then but still can manage some good trails. I mentioned to you in the PM a month ago what's prohibiting my world. Things have taken a turn for the worse...i'll fill you in later.

    It seems like most people are thinking Mid Sept is the golden date based on replies this far. Which is awesome cause Sept. is truly one of the most beautiful times of year in the 4 corners area.

    I've got a buddy who manages one of the 4wheelparts down there, I'm currently chatting him up to see if he can get his hands on some gear for giveaways and stuff like that! He seems interested enough, being a full on yota nerd! :p:D
