Gun Safe, pistol size, pics/experience installing?

Looking to put a small locking biometric gun safe possibly under the front seat, less tactical and more being able to lock my keys up and a pistol as my new alarm system only requires a fob to remote start/lock etc and no need to carry the ignition key as my Tundra is not a push start

AH, Crewmax not sure if that matters on a console safe

This is the Toyota one. You can get knock offs for 1/2 the price. I have the Toyota one.

+1 on Locker Down safes. I have the Extreme model with digital keypad lock.

 

following up on all this info, the one hiccup I keep running into though is I have a Crewmax so I don't have a true center console, just the back compartments on the seat that flips up

 

Unless you have a bench seat, all of them have the same center console (07-13 & 14-21 separately) unless you're referring to one for the rear seats in the crewmax ?

 

I purchased this fine gentleman's previous Locker Down safe for my old 2013. The safe is in fact awesome.

That Toyota OEM one is decent but it looks smaller and the lock is definitely not as good as the upgraded digital keypad one offered by Locker Down.

ok i'm dying laughing at myself now, feel free to join, I had no clue that the seat flipped up under the seat back /console
so.... def getting the Lock'er safe for that ‍♂️
