Would I rub running 37x13.5r17 with 17x8.5 with 0 offset? I would have ADV glass and a fabricated bumper. Thanks in advance.

Depending on your lift, at minimum, you will need bmc.

+1. You’ll also need PWM and UCAs to push caster forward.

I’m going to be putting on 37x13.5/18 on my SCS Ray10s +25
I’ll be adding MCM FAB UCAs.
    Already have a CBI bumper.
Currently, running 35s on a zero offset with BMC.
I seem to remember you mentioning your bud ran a similar setup with factory UCAs.
Do you think I’ll be fine?

    What’s a PWM? I’m drawing a blank right now.

13.5 on 0 offset are probably gonna rub like a motherfucker unless you get crazy with your BMC. You might want to look into the body mount relocate option. I can’t remember who makes them, but some shop is selling a replacement frame horn that has a smaller footprint than stock. You cut the stock horn off the frame and weld this new one in place. It’s a lot more commitment than a BMC, but overall I think is the best solution out there.

The specific UCAs you want to get are the Icon billet adjustables. As far as I know they’re still the only ones that are on-truck adjustable.

(Pinch weld mod. It just came to me )

All of that assumes you want to go off road and have full articulation lock to lock.

FWIW, we’re on 0 offset that were converted by OMF to beadlocks so they’re now -5 offset and with 12.5 wide tires were as close as you can get.

You’re also gonna have to do something about the rear fender with 13.5 on 0. Probably a simple fender roll, but something to allow the tire to tuck.

    53A486C7-783A-4E38-81E4-336F1A5136B7.jpg

We ran 37x13.5 on 25 offset with stock fenders and UCAs. I don’t remember how much caster the MCM UCA induces, but I don’t think it’s much. It’s definitely less than the Camburgs. You should be fine. May need a little more BMC, but won’t know for sure till you mount the tires and cycle them.

Here’s when we had the 13.5 on stock fenders.

How are the cab mount relocations on Tundras?
I know I’ve seen them prone to failure for the Tacoma. They literally tear the frame where it’s welded on.

I think the Element billet UCAs are adjustible on the truck as well

Bmf drt's! They are discontinued. Bmf got sued and switched the name to sota offroad and about a year and a half ago they decided to close down the company.

Here's my 2010 Tundra with 37x12.5R17 Toyo RT's and VTX Rogue Wheels. The wheels specs are 17x8.5 with a +15 offset.
For clearance, I did a very aggressive BMC and pinch weld chop. Other than the pinch weld, the firewall itself did not require any hammering or tubbing. The Coastal Offroad front bumper (https://www.coastaloffroad.com/product-page/2nd-gen-tundra-high-clearance-front-bumper-kit/) clears the 37's with tons of space, so nothing was needed to be done there.

For lift, the front just has sagged out stock suspension with some sort of top plate spacers from the previous owner. Based on my hub to fender measurements, I appear to be sitting about 1" higher than stock height in the front. The rear suspension is all stock, although it does have airbags to support the weight of my camper. I was adamant about sticking with a positive wheel offset and that definitely helped make these tires an easy fit. But coming from 4Runners and GX's, it crazy how easy it is to clear big tires on these Tundras in comparison. The suspension will get redone eventually, but I have other priorities at the moment.

The diffs have 5.29 gears and ARB lockers front and rear. The truck drives great with this tire/gear combo and I would absolutely recommend going to 5.29's for anyone considering a re-gear, since these trucks have relatively low 4.30 stock gears to begin with.
