I've looked at other forums, but I haven't found any definitive answers.

4HI, VSC Off, Traction Control (All Flashing) ABS (Solid). Check Engine and A/T Oil Temp go away when started. Usually I can move the truck and the lights will go away in a couple of minutes. The truck drives normally even if the lights are all flashing.

    Thanks for the help!

If the check engine light is on, there are codes you can read with a scan tool.

How old is that battery you have? I'm noticing on your picture that the battery volt gauge looks very, very low. This could all just be a bad battery ;)

Yes the check engine light goes out when it’s started as well as the A/T Oil Temp. but everything else stays.

you need to get the codes, can get a scan tool or hit up a local auto retailer (box shop) many of them will read the codes for you for free.
