RSI Smart Cap ?

I was ready to order my Diamond Back Bed Cover then my buddy recommended this new style Camper Shell.

Hell of a capper if you like having a shell. Hell of a price tag too...

 

I ordered mine, expected delivery /ship time is Feb 2022 online, I went to a local truck store and they said the same thing. I love the metal and construction so I pulled the trigger. They are def far more expensive than fiberglass.

 

Diamond back is cheaper and bullet proof.

 

I don't like all the glass. Too much to clean, get scratched, and, as that video demonstrated, get stolen out of. Would much prefer solid doors.

 

Worth it, but I’m biased!

 

Looks Sharp! How was the build and install, I was thinking of getting ceramic tint on the windows, my Tundra is also crew max 5.5 bed.

 

It was pretty painless since I paid Suburban Toppers in Denver to assemble and install it. They did an awesome job and even let me watch, and listened to my requests as they were mounting it. The glass is already privacy glass with some degree of tint, so tinting it even further would really make it hard to see in…which may be a good thing.

 

Solid doors are an option, and cost less.
