    Howdy,

Trying to see if anyone had any ideas on how to push in the driver side axle seal without having to take off the wheel, axle, etc again to properly seat it. Thanks in advance.

I think you gotta take it off. Even if you try something creative to fit + leverage, I think there’s no getting a seal to set evenly unless you apply the pressure evenly at install. Plus, you’ll risk tearing that seal… and have to redo it.

I drove mine in with a piece of PVC that was the same diameter.

@FrenchToasty loaned it to me. Don't remember the size.

As much as it may suck to have to do it I don't believe you'll ever get that seal seated properly without removing the necessary components. As was stated by @FirstGenVol you can use a piece of PVC pipe or even a large socket. Just be sure to use the largest diameter possible to seat the outer edge rather than something smaller diameter that only impacts the center of the seal and apply a thin film of oil to help seat it.

Whole truck Raptor liner in olive green, leer camper cap, 5100 with OME, Wheelers AAL and Firestone Air bags.
You have to Remove the CV axle to pop the gasket in correctly. Also if it popped out I recommend getting a new one before you pull everything out. Use a 2" PVC coupling to pop the gasket in.

Also snice your going to in there might as well replace the needle bearing for a ECGS bushing.
