Any ideas guys? My 1.5" icon expansion pack gave me 4 on one side and 5 on the other. Installed with Fox 2.5 reservoir shocks.

I told accutune I'd be carrying around 200lbs but am not yet. Could that be it?

Same part number and seemed symmetrical. Sorry on the double post.

Did you remove the leaf springs to install the add a leaf? If so, when you reinstalled, did you torque shackles in the air or one the ground with the trucks weight?

Removed central leafs, torqued on ground. I'm thinking the shocks are top stout for an empty bed mayb?

I actually completely loosened the bolts (not the u bolts) on the ground and then torqued them.

And you used just the factory main leaf and the smallest overload leaf, with the icon pack in between? Stock shackles? pics?

Top main leaf, and fat overload leaf from the bottom of the factory stock.

Pics of your setup, specifically at the ubolts and shackles, are going to be the most helpful for anyone to figure out what you have going on.

Well I’ve got nothing useful here, but that helps levelset at least. The only thing that I can see different from my setup to yours is that you have sleeves on the pack guides where as mine is metal-on-metal. I don’t think that would cause the extra lift though.

looks the same as mine, too. you sure its the 51200 pack? should be marked on the leafs somewhere in white paint.

Did you remove the entire leaf pack when you install these? When I did mine, I left the main spring attached per the instructions.

also, how bad was your spring sag prior to the install? I have a snug top topper on my truck, and I probably got an inch and a half of lift with mine.

Are you still getting any cycling out of your rear suspension? I guess it's possible the shocks could have been overextended and stuck? Grasping at straws at this point, seems like everything is installed correctly as long as you got the right leaf packs.

How are you measuring the 5”? Ground to fender or center wheel hub to fender? Did you change tires at the same time?

I had no sag (1000 miles on odo, and empty bed), I removed entire leaf pack to install

It compresses when I bounce on the rear bumper, and I can see rub marks vs dirty shaft so it's cycling

I didn't think to check the numbers, I just verified they were the same (no left vs right), dammit
