Had quite the storm last night, N. Easter with 75-85 mph gusts. Hope all the New Englanders here fared well. Been here for 25 years, but this one was different and kept me up all night wondering if the house was going to make it unscathed. All my skylights are still intact, and no big trees down, just a big mess of smaller branches and some slight flooding. Seems God loves the sinners.

Pretty close to what I do, but add some chopped sun dried tomatoes, jalapeños and some Worcestershire sauce!
Then coat it with some of our homemade chipotle ketchup before it goes in the oven.
ALWAYS do more than we can eat so we have leftovers. With eggs, in salad, or a sammich with some melted cheese

 

Is this like prison loaf or regular loaf?

 

Don't take this the wrong way, but glad it stayed on your end of the state, just knocked the leaves off the trees here, at least it wasn't cold like 2011 and dump 2feet of snow.

Well, we got lucky.
Stayed up waiting on these storms to come through and they basically stalled 20 miles from my house.
My deck didn’t even get wet.
That’s a good thing though, considering what some of you had to deal with.

Did get this cool moon shot with a halo, so that’s cool.

 

Insomnia does have its good times.

thats pretty cool. we found out yesterday that the tornados near us were EF-2 with 135 MPH winds. didn't really get close to our house, but some of our co-workers are back to repairing their homes again
