It's gone for me as well. Time to start the countdown for an actual builder.

Did they say pricing would be available in December 2021 or just December?

It hasn't been confirmed that pricing is in December, and in fact multiple media guys at the Texas outdoor event said it was coming end of October.

Right. Some like it, some don't. I like it. I like the little black accents around the truck. Better than chrome.

It hasn't been confirmed that pricing is in October, in fact multiple Toyota media personnel have said it was coming in early December.

216K split between 3 models, thats probably about right, similar sales figures for Tundra and increased sales for Sequoia. I think the changes to the platform actually work much better in the Sequoia platform. I think if the Sequoia is not too polarizing in the looks department, they might see a good jump in the Sequoia sales. Same for the Lexus model that uses the engine off that line.

They may not reach that goal with the upcoming magnesium shortage that is gonna hit the auto industry pretty hard in Dec. If they don't figure that one out, it will make the chip shortages look like childs play. Europe already is almost out, the US has some supply that we mine, but its not enough to make up the shortage.

I say "if" and you replied with "nothing has been confirmed". I then use your quote verbatim as a reply and you say "i never said anything was confirmed"..........You do see where I'm going with this right?

Didn't know I was in a grammar forum. Your original comment had the connotation that it was unreasonable to expect the builder could possibly be coming soon. I disagreed and here we are.

I mean trucks were announced to be coming mid-late December from the get go so a build tool first week of December would still correlate with that.

Although given the TRD Pro isn't until March that would be well ahead of lot drop instead of around the same timing.

I work with a guy who knows a guy who's wife works as a waitress near the corporate headquarters and he confirmed that he confirmed with his wife that the 2022 Tundra does not come with a catalytic converter shield. Working on pricing but her next shift is Saturday and those corporate types don't work weekends.

I have seen many dealerships claim delivery dates in late November. But who knows for sure.

It’s a printed page from Toyota Corp showing deliver dates. Not just spewed words. But again who knows.

I'm assuming there's a lot of miscommunication. Start of Production is November 1st. From the sheet that was posted, it was supposedly a dealer allocation. I'm not sure how far out dealers can usually see what they get allocated, but since Toyota is starting to officially build these trucks Nov 1, I think it makes sense that dealers are starting to see their allocations. How long it takes them to get their allocations made, transported to the dealer, and listed is what might make it hit the December availability window for the non-hybrid. March is the start of hybrid availability.

I believe it was mentioned in one of the many videos that are out there, I just can't remember which one since they're all a blur now lol. TRD Pro for sure is March

I was talking to my dealer about what trims I was interested in, (basically anything limited to TRD-Pro) he mentioned that they have a 1794 coming in in December that was not claimed yet. Not sure if he was blowing smoke up my back side or if they already know what they are getting.

LOL...its been confirmed that no one knows anything besides Toyota Corp. Even that is up for debate.

Dealers/Salesmen are on facebook already selling 2022 "allocations" and have no idea on pricing or when trucks will actually be on the lot.

Its like hey Mr. Buyer, we have a truck coming, put your name and deposit on it.

What a sh*t show of a rollout for a "world beater"
