I didn’t have time to get a pic but the other day I saw a Suburban on the road and the front end was lifted at least 8 inches. As I passed it I saw the driver was some young white guy wearing a baseball cap turned around backwards. He couldn’t even see the road over the hood and had his head hanging out of the window so he could drive. I’m not particularly judgmental but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t laugh my ass off.

It’s beyond understanding at this point. Genuinely incomprehensible. Do an 8” lift all around, more power to you. You squat with some insane offset and you deserve the bullying.

I do give credit for “originality”

Every time I saw a car coming in with “eyelashes” or a “Rudolph nose and antlers” I cringed - and it was almost always 1 of 3 - a HHR, PT Cruiser or Sienna/Odyssey or some type of minivan operated by an owner whose median age was 93.

    Ditto the Bentley 300 edition.

But yes - the never ending quest to jack up your ride in the mistaken belief that lift and wider tires somehow look better on EVERYTHING is just annoying. As I said - I’ll give you point for being original - but most of these redneck treasures are one-up’ if each other in their mobile home park.

In fact here’s an idea - instead of jacking up your beater Dodge - how bout you jack up your damn HOUSE so next time it rains 3 inches it doesn’t float away on you again ?!?
