Has Anyone else's broke??

Looks like something got caught on the corner of the plastic and pulled it off. What happened?

Warranty if you are under 35k

 

Mine was broken when i bought my truck. When I went to the dealer to order it they said there was a modification to the new one that requires changing the "wire bracket" that holds it in place. I will see if I can dig up the new part numbers and prices

It was was off when I bought it just got worse

 

mine was out of warranty

 

It's funny u posted this because I test drove a 2014 limited that had the same damage. Don't know how that would happen but they drilled a hole & attempted to zip tie it

 

Hell yea dealership took care of it no charge!

 

This happened to me as well on my 14 platinum.

Thanks. Missed that. Mine broke as well gotta figure out how to fix it. I'll have the dealer look at it next time I go for service

 

i experienced similar issue except its happing from the bottom near the rail

 

Mine was like this too when I bought it. Luckily the plastic hook wasn't broken it had just popped off the bracket, put it back in place hasn't come off since!
