That's a bummer. Only time I've ever tipped one was right at the end of the day, and it wasn't anything major. Guess I was lucky when I screwed up. Keep us up on the rebuild.

Am I the only one that thinks that thing is ugly AF? I'm sure it's a race monster and all, but that thing is totally paper bag worthy. :anonymous:

I'm on the same page. Weird bed, and the front is absolutely hideous and like a big vertical wall. The wife liked it and thought it was like a mini trophy truck though :D

If she likes the mini trophy look, have you seen the body kits that make a SxS look like a Raptor?

We bought ours brand new last year. Already had 2 complete frame replacements, $14k each time. Luckily full coverage insurance took care of the bill. The last time they replaced it with the new 2021 frame (supposed to be better quality) so time will tell. In the process of doing some mild upgrades. Tested the market to sell, but had too many flakes just wanting to test drive it.

What was the reason for the frame replacement?

First one, my son slammed into a sand dune and it bent the front of the frame. Second one we went head on with a Polaris around a blind turn on a trail, same outcome.

It's been effing cold here for a couple weeks, and I'm dying to get out for a ride. :annoyed:

I may have to console myself by heading down to SLC to gear shop. I need to get a helmet that will work in the SxS and that I can use for my eventual motorcycle purchase. Really hoping I can find some places that have helmets in stock to try on. I'm totally fine buying online, but I need to try it on first!

Agreed, starting to be that time of year to go to lower elevations.

Were I not planning to order my bed rack in the next week or two, I would be tempted to make a trip to Southern Utah to go riding for a day or two.

Well, I finalized the sale of my RS1. It's an absolute blast to run fast, but it just doesn't meet my needs. The funds have been transferred to my account and I'm meeting the buyer to deliver it with the paperwork after my shift today.

    Bittersweet to be sure.
