I do, for good service.
My 2nd job at 16 years of age in 1978 was Dairy Queen..
Working fast food sucks.

If you haven't noticed;
Dealing with the general pubic as any kind of service provider these days sucks.

I realize that it's a choice of where one works, but I'm at a point in my life I can afford to give a little.
Whether it is a $1 tip for a $3 Sonic drink, or 100% tip a restaurant for spectacular service..

No one says you need to tip anyone, at any time.
But to me, tossing a fast food worker a couple or $5 bucks for doing a good job is worth the look on their face when they receive it.
Do I tip everyone all the time?
No, not for shitty service.
But I'll tip for a smile and a genuine concern that they give a fuck about the customer.

I tip everybody that properly does something for me..
Wait staff, valets, hotel maids on several day stays, resort staff that hook me up, the list goes on.

Sure they are just doing there job.
But if they are doing it well to my satisfaction, I see no reason not to let them know I appreciate it..
