    Good stuff!
One of the reasons I do it.

Remember when they acted like it was a big deal to raise the minimum wage to $4.25?
    Crazy!

I mean, if we're taking a poll, can we add midget clown hookers (plural is important) and LSD? I know that's kind of specific...

No idea. Doesn’t seem to have gotten much promotion. Office Space didn’t either to begin with. Mike Judge just sucks at promoting movies I guess.

The Invention of Lying is another one that’s funny as hell, has a ton of stars, and nobody’s heard of it.

I think $500k would pay off our mortgage plus a little extra. Not sure why we'd need more.

If y’all have not looked into it, invest some time into looking at an umbrella policy.
This will cover you and your family beyond the regular stuff.
When things go really bad, this can be a lifesaver.

Same here, 350k mortgage. My wife stays home with 2 younger kids, would like to give her some time before she has to go to work if I kick the bucket. Also setting the kids up with some school and vehicle cash would be a stress reliever.
Mind a quick explanation of what it does?

Simply, it’s a low-cost way to get quite a significant increase in extra liability coverage.

I don't tip much if at all in Canada, unless the service is really really good. They're all making $15/hr which is more than enough to take my order, bring the food from the kitchen to the table and maybe fill my water glass once. I have been known to walk to the kitchen door and hand the cook $20 or something though if the food is exceptionally good. I have friends who are servers. Between the $15/hr wage and tips, they make equal or more per hour than I did as a journeyman welder. I don't feel bad at all about not tipping.

Since The Great Panic started, we haven't gone to restaurants at all, just doing take out occasionally. Even less reason to tip at that point.

When I'm in the States though it's an entirely different matter. There, almost all servers depend on tips, so I'm pretty generous.

    Holy Crap!
I was outside because the power was out again and I was trying to figure out if it was just me. I noticed I hadn't received any mail in days (typical of this area) and I was also waiting for the 3rd day for the Cox Cable guy to show up to fix my internet. While putting up signs for the correct political party in my yard, I saw a snake I couldn't identify that was eating a spider I was trying to identify when I saw a suspicious person (someone I don't know personally) walking by a suspicious car (not mine or my closest neighbor's) that wasn't parked where I would like it to be. I was about to call the non-emergency police line when I stepped in poop that someone's dog left and wasn't scooped. Just then a car backfired, or was it a gunshot or {gasp} fireworks? I'm not sure because I was distracted by sirens in the distance and didn't know what they were for!! Please help me!!

In a sense, we are forced to tip here.

    It’s so different all over.
    Europe cracks me up...
Don’t tip anyone, but we’ll keep your change, thank you.
Oh yeah, you gotta tip that guy handing out towels in the bathroom though.
