Yeah I think triple tail takes it for me mainly because it’s not an easy fish to find out to eat. Hot tip of the day if you happen to go to a seafood spot and they have triple tail in the case it’s probably a damn good place to eat.

 

My dad had 10 other siblings, so lots of uncles filled this role. It was great hearing them bitch about the other asshole brother.

I had this guy in Hawaii a couple years ago. 90% sure it was red snapper, 100% sure it was delicious.

I always find it funny how people will fuss about the vein in a shrimp, while eating the entire digestive system of everything else on their plate.

Brother in law was just here from PNW he was like damn your shrimp down here is some much better then we got. Fresh pinks are the best.

 

We would hit the waterway on full moon nights, scooping shrimp in nets, and literally fill 5, 5 gallon buckets in 15 minutes.

I just hated that fuckin poke you’d get when there wasn’t but 4-5 shrimp left in the bucket.
The last damn ones would always poke you.

I agree. I’ve had people come down and swear they don’t eat fish and convince them to give it one more shot. I’ve never lost.

 

This applies to the least dangerous of the catch as well.
