Well have another post on wheels. Trying to find for a friend after he noticed my new ones on my 2003 Tundra. 1 st choice is go up to a 17" wheel from 16"
And he likes the Split spoke oem 2006 wheels. But really any oem wheel besides the ones that looked like the hubcaps.

Anyone know what OEM wheel will fit on a 2000 base model V6 Tundra.

Gets confusing. Since I see wheels that state will fit a 2003 to 2006 then others 2000 to 2004.

And thought I remember there was some difference with the 2000 vs my 2003 tundra.

    thanks

If the suspension is stock and tires are stock size then any will fit. You can even venture into Tacoma/4Runner/FJ wheels. As long as they are 6 lug they will fit.

Great. Think he wants the dark hyper color with a lighter color truck. He is older does not do anything online. So I will feel safe ordering for him.
Also just to give him another option. The link below. Looks like a great deal. Do you happen to know if these fit with no problems.

I would like to get some of these OEM Toyota wheels for my 05 DC to replace my Helo chrome wheels but my tires are 285/70/17 and per Nitto, the recommended wheel width is 7.5-9.5 inches and those are only 7 inches wide. Do yall see any issues with mounting those tires on a rim 1/2 inch narrower than the recommended size? Thanks

I mounted Mickey Thompson’s 35’s on these exact rims and never had a problem with the tire/rim relation. Keep in mind that OEM wheels generally have a more positive offset (tucks wheel in), while most aftermarket wheels generally have a more negative offset (pokes wheel out). So…. Switching from aftermarket to factory OEM wheels, you may notice rubbing where you had clearance before and need to add spacers. Just a heads up

This is a strange one. Not what I would like. But my older friend wants these for his 2000 Tundra V6. Chrome split spoke.

So I assume they will fit. Look like other ones. I cant figure out why the center caps are raised and not like stock ones. Did these raised center caps come on any oem wheel?

Yeah I figure there might be an issue regarding the back spacing.

Check craigslist and Facebook, tons of takeoffs for cheap. Lots of people buy new 4runners and Tacoma's and take the wheels off right away. With or without tires.

Yep. I just bought a set from a wheel shop that posts their takeoffs on FB. They were from a 2021 Tacoma and not a scratch on em. yet. They had tires mounted, which I didn’t want, so they removed them and dropped the price from $9 to $6. 3C1C910F-04FB-4361-AA71-F6AC2D91BFD4.jpg
