I'm wondering what "Running ground clearance" is vs "standard". Must be something with the front chin. Underneath there's 11.3 inches, front chin is 8.5" I guess.

Approach angle 21 degrees, that's the chin barking. Whatever, lift kits will be available fast. We'll see if aftermarket vendors can do a high-clearance front bumper and winch that incorporates the TSS.

No, I don’t believe the SR comes in a Crewmax (it might, but haven’t seen any of them at the reveal or on any of the videos).

but here’s one of many videos of a Crewmax SR5 with the power rear window.

    https://youtu.be/xLJOLyVtPR8

To the other guys, sorry for posting this video so much. But the question keeps getting asked.

They really should offer the limited with color match and blackout options. I cant stand chrome. Id love to get the pro, but not sure the price will be reasonable. Sr5 with trd sport package may be the way to go for me.

Wonder why toyota doesn't offer a "black out" package like the at4 on gmc. Seems many people, myself including are not fans of chrome

Can't we just get a nightshade edition toyota??? Puhlease?

So looking at the spec sheet and then YouTube reviews, the sr5 has a pano sun roof on YouTube but the spec sheet says that it won’t be offered on the sr5 so is it just due to the pre production models having it ?

We can debate looks or options on different packages all day but I don't get people bashing all the numbers. Did they blow every other truck out of the water? Maybe not? Is it more capable of demonstrating those numbers safely? It seems yes. Yeah, yeah, the second gen blew everything else away when it came out. I feel they're all pushing the limits now though. I think people expected a truck with 2500 lbs payload, would tow 15,000, and get 30 mpg. Cmon. . .is it even possible? I don't think so. I think this truck, in reality, will be everything most people wanted. .

Edit: and most importantly. . . Do it while being reliable. If you want a piece of junk with overinflated numbers and won't hold up, buy a Ford

Correction to my earlier post! Looks like the SR can be optioned to have the Crewmax cab. I think that’s a first for the Tundra.

    https://youtu.be/s0VJHMz6F10

Here’s the press release video from Toyota, they begin breaking down the trim levels at 12:45

at apx 19:15 they mention the power rear vertical window and yes, (as shown in the other SR5 videos) you can get it in the SR5.

Where is the button? I need to find a video where they show the position of the button, so that I can check if the SR5 has it.

Found the location. Its right by the pano switch. It does say "If equipped". The guy who opened the pano roof never touched it. Maybe SR5 really does not have the power CrewMax window.

How the product sheet currently list it you are correct. I brought this up a few pages back as well. I agree the "-" means it would not get it. That row is for crewmax Tundras and it shows it is not available for the SR and SR5. The row above is for the doublecab with horizontal slider.

My guess is it is wrong. Someone didnt go through and double check their work. Well, that is what I am hoping at least. I wouldn't be surprised if its accurate though and they are making it unavailable for the SR and SR5 crewmax trucks. That way if someone really wants it they will have to pay more and get into a higher trim.

    facepalm…. Sorry man!

Yes the switch is in the same spot.

here’s another video but showing how the double cab SR5 does not get the full sliding window, but the Crewmax does:

Their bashing it because it’s not coming out of the factory with a blacked out trim running 37’s on a 6” lift with a 750hp engine that gets 50 mpg while running a sub 10 second quarter mile along with a 25k payload and 30k towing capability all under $40k  (Just a little sarcasm there)

I cannot believe the Crewmax does not have the power down rear window. If not it would at least have the power slider

If the spec sheet is right, then CrewMax SR5 does not get the power window. I really hope I am wrong.

Thats only for SR and SR5 CrewMax. Higher trims get it. Thats based on the spec sheet posted earlier.

So the specs show 78 inches height across all models except the sport. Wouldn't the TRD Pro be slightly taller or no because it's basically only leveling the front? Also, am I missing a shsrk fin antenna on these or is the antenna somewhere else?

Asking because my work garage is 79 inches clearance but I really want to get the Pro.

I mean, the spec sheet also says the SR5 doesn’t get the pano roof, but from multiple videos (as well as the official Toyota press reveal) we see that it is definitely an available option. So, I dunno bout that spec sheet…
