Have a 2012 Tundra. Looking to put a 3.5 inch lift kit on it. Could I fit 33x12.5? What’s the max offset without rubbing on UCA?

Max offset for a 12.5" tire to not rub the UCA would likely be the Toyota Rock Warrior wheels at 50mm offset or other non OEM wheel with that 50mm offset. OEM TRD OffRoad and TRD Pro wheels are 60mm offset. A 12" tire is as wide as you can go with those. (obviously check the specs on the tires you're considering to determine actual width). Lift won't change that dimension. However, running a 3.5" lift will likely require new UCAs so you can get a proper alignment (and will likely require diff drop among other things). Then with new UCA's, those offset numbers likely will not be valid as different manufacturers of UCA's have different sized joints, shape, etc.
I am running a Fox 2.0 coilover set at 2" of lift with stock TRD OR wheels (60mm), stock UCAs, and Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT 295/70r18 tires (34.5" diameter, 12" width). I removed the front (forward) mudflap; I clear the UCA by ⅛" - ¼" and barely rub the sway bar at full lock. I don't full lock, so, not an issue for me. Everything else fits fine, no rubbing.
