Long time lurker and finally getting around to where I can finally call this a build. So here we are! This truck has gone through a couple iterations and is in process of getting the next phase done. Completely reworking the suspension/camping setup.

    Prior setup:

Nothing crazy here. This is my first pickup and wanted to keep the pro suspension. Standard Issue pro setup.
    - Coachbuilder TRD Pro kit
    - Total Chaos UCA
    - 35x12.50r17 Nitto Ridge Grappler
    - Fifteen52 Turbomac HD 17x8.5 et0
    - Rago Fab ditch light brackets
    - Baja Designs Squadron Sports

    Second Setup:
    - BDS 7" Lift
    - Icon Progressive AAL
    - Coachbuilder +3 Shackles
    - Max Modular Designs 14" Bed rack
    - Roofnest Condor RTT
    - Dobinsons 4x4 Snorkel
    - Diode Dynamics SS3 Fogs/Ditch
    - Diode Dynamics 42" Light bar in bumper
    - Decked Cargo System

So I thought I’d be able to do what I wanted with the bigger bracket lift, but my off-road driving style is what I’d call ignorant…. So this bracket lift has got to go. It’s also caused more headache than it’s worth. Was going to get custom length coilovers and rear shocks, but found the limitations really quick so never ended up pushing forward with those.

    Current setup:

Still on stock gears. Just cheat and put tow haul mode on when fully loaded up haha. 37’s just EAT off-road and in 4lo it does just fine. 5.29’s are on the list though!

Update! Rear shocks are here and fronts expected in 1-2 months.

Rack/tent setup has been sold. Painted the roof black, swapped the third brake light, installed decked system, front bumper cut, window visors, and ditched all the diode dynamics and went to baja designs. IMG_2644.jpgIMG_2902.jpgIMG_2901.jpg

Eyeballed it and cut it haha. I don’t remember it’s some led all in one unit off Amazon. Works well and matched the black roof lol

    Update:
With eibach being the hold up on the 3.0 coil springs and a big trip to Moab planned early June I opted to bump down to the 2.5” and add the 2.125x2 air bumps. Springs were originally supposed to arrive last month and they got pushed back to late June according to ADS. Big sad.

Also ended up snagging the new Summit Offroad Dakars in their machined silver finish.

Truck gets dropped off first week of May for the fab work! Feel like this whole process has been kicking my ass forever..

I ordered back in October. Triple bypasses showed up in February and the fronts show up Thursday. I'll have initial thoughts after a shakedown run in a couple weeks and then we're going full send in Moab. Heard nothing but good things so we'll find out.

Making some progress. BDS lift is officially off. Spindle gussets are done. Cam tab gussets should be done today. Reassemble the front and quick swap with the rear stuff and it should be back on all fours soon. Then we kick off all the fab work!

I watch this build from afar over on the gram. Looks good! Imma shamelessly steal your front bumper cap cut lines. Looks good, and takes care of the clearance issues!

Did you just pull the front fender liner altogether, or did you keep some of it in there?
