I picked up a 2010 and replaced the motor and now im ironing out things to get it fully going. The truck is missing the cats and i have a fealing they were stolen due to how a filler pipe was welded in (its smaller diameter and looks like crap so it will need attention regardless). It was cut just after the front o2 sensors and the back 2 are missing even the threaded bung, the rest back is stock. I have codes p0037 and p0057 which look like that is because the missing back o2 sensors. I dont have to deal will emissions so what is a cost effective option? What damage comes the back 2 missing? The motor i replaced overheated bad and i think it blew something more than a head gasket. It started with the old motor but it was heavily drinking coolent. Whsn i say cost effective that doesnt necessarily mean cheap. I plan on having this truck for a long time. Im not one that likes an extremely loud truck but i do enjoy the sound of a setup with true proformance.

I put long tube headers on my 2010 and was supposed to use O2 simulators. Those never worked right and I kept getting codes, I think it was the same codes you are getting. I went to a local exhaust shop and they welded in some magnaflow high flow converters and put in new O2 sensors. Never got the codes again and it ran good after that.

I think the cats were about $100 on Amazon. Not sure now because that was 7 years ago or so but it’s a lot cheaper than oem cats. Just find a good exhaust welder and they should be able to get it right.
