I am looking to pick up a nice set of take offs from a 2021 forerunner. Does anyone know of any problems I might encounter? I have stock suspension on my 2003 tundra SR5.

I think the 4Runners are 17-18" rim. Depending on tire size, there's a chance you might rub with stock suspension.

There are only two possible issues with using more-modern OEM wheels with same bolt pattern: In some cases, the inner lip will rub on the caliper. In some cases, the tire will rub. Hopefully someone else with experience can clarify if either case will happen for you.

Might be helpful if you know the size of the wheel and tire.

4Runner take-off wheels and tires fit fine with the stock suspension. Thats what I have. Zero issues.

4Runner wheels have a different offset. May look funny. May rub the frame at full lock. They'll fit though as long as they're the 17" and some of the 16" fit apparently. Some run a wheel spacer (really a wheel adapter with the same bolt pattern) to push the wheels out a little and keep them from rubbing the frame. Most look really good on the Tundra (shameless opinion).

I’d throw some 1.25” Spidertrax Spacers on them. I believe the factory 4Runner wheels have a lot of positive offset.

If your truck is stock you should be fine though.
