Alright I'm caught up. Hell yeah! We could knock that shit out cheap. Let's say a regular house that needs a new system calls an AC company and it's usually around 8k-12k based on unit and company. I think the most I've ever charged is 5k and that included renting a crane to get the unit on and off the roof.

@Azblue shoot me some details and I can atleast get you a quote.

I use D at RSD and he is cool with the client coming in and paying for the unit(at cost) with a CC, and then I just charge for crane, duct modification, other materials and some keish to help my headache!

He carries a Daisy Buck 105 bb. He shoots at the grouse. I carried a Crosman .22 nitro piston single shot, although I was reloading my own .30-30 rounds when I was 12. My dad taught me well.

Looking at a 5 ton split, probably. I’ll get some rough numbers your way just to get an idea

 

At the beginning of our remodel we had a new system put in. We moved the unit from inside the home (laundry room) to the garage hung from the ceiling. New intake duct and a bunch of modifications elsewhere. I had a friends company do the job it cost $5500

 

That sounds like a good friend, depending on the size of the unit.
Modification is always the worst, and I’m not a duct/math guy haha so it always more difficult

Easy job, 5 ton heat pump is gonna be a little pricey but should still be way cheaper then any AC company in town. And the warranty comes from manufacturer so you'll still get 10 years parts.

I've seen it but I didn't think it was the masterpiece everyone else seems to.

 

I read it back in high school as an assignment - I wish they had book on tape back then. Except it would have been an actual cassette tape and there would have been about 40 of them.
