    Think the canopy I had on my F150 weighed about 190lbs. If your old tires still have the wheels on, all that gear is probably pretty close to the weight of the canopy

    From what I've been reading, the 20-21's have a different TPMS requirement and aftermarket ones don't work very well. So that means I'd need to buy factory TPMS for a winter set, and I need to figure out what would be involved with the actual swap each time. Sounds like they made it much more difficult.

    The set of rims @Explorer is selling come with TPMS. I think all you would need to do is use TPMS button below the steering column when you make the swap.

    The 6112s @ 1.9" with the shims ride much smoother than factory. I'm sure the switch from 20" to 18" rims and meatier tires add to that as well. I'll be out on some logging roads on the coast this weekend. I'll get a real feel for them then.

    Okay WA residents, today is the day we can opt out of the Long Term Care act. I just tried it and surprise, surprise, the website is down. A buddy got into the process and then it crashed. So it might be a good idea to wait for a few days.

    Bring your patience with you, this is not a fast process. You'll have to start by creating an account with the State (if you haven't already for your drivers license or other stuff). Go here: https://wacaresfund.wa.gov and select Exemptions on the left Nav bar. From there you'll get the info you need. I got all the way to the point where you enter the official website to start the opt out process before it died.

    And true to politics (not taking sides here), there is apparently a group of elected officials calling on Inslee to use his God Power to delay this new law until it can be revised. I don't have any details but I shouldn't be surprised right?!

    Last night I tried a simple experiment with awesome success! I got the salmon fillets about 1/2 done and then added some chanterelles into the same pan. After they released their water I squeezed some lemon juice in and deglazed the pan, creating a nice sauce.E83991D9-E443-41D2-A31F-EBD5B686FA92.jpg
