2014 Crewmax SR5. Air pressure light comes on, flashes, goes solid and stays on. Might seem like a common sense thing but cannot find any answers.

Are the sensors set for 33 and 32? Using aftermarket tires that require 45 and 55 towing. Spare is good and correct air pressure. OBD shows nothing wrong.

What do I need to do to get the light to go off? Or what else should I look at.

There should be a reset/relearn button on the dash somewhere that may help.

The batteries do go out in the sensors as well. Not sure just how long they last, if original they are 7 years old, may need replacing.

    Alot of them
If your PSI is definitely over 40, it sounds like the batteries in one or all of the sensors. They can last up to 10 years IIRC, but 7 years is a descent usage on them as well. New OEM sensors are around $65 each.

Years back, NTHSA mandated mfg would set low pressure threshold to be 25% of tire pressure. If you put 45 psi in your tires and perform reset, your warning should come on when a tire reaches approx 34.

Without a doubt, this is the problem. I was not aware this is how the TMPS sensors worked. Have never had to bother with them. Thanks

In case you plan on replace the TMPS, I had Discount Tires price match the $20/each TPMS on Amazon multiple times so it's worth a try to save you some money.
