I bypassed safeties meant to protect my dumbass to clean a piece of equipment that makes dough balls flat, gear reduction with a belt and two different thickness passes. Luckily my hand went into the thicker pass, fast as lightning my hand was being flattened before my eyes! “Luckily” my knuckles made the gear drive bog down and started to skip the belt long enough for me to hit the stop button. Getting it out was the fun part, I’ll leave it at that.

haha today I pointed at something and definitely noticed the krook in my finger, it wasn’t my wiping hand so it wasn’t bad. But that meant my teeth brushing hand had to then share with the wiping hand, I’m adamant about keeping them separate.

 

This bad boy was 140’ tall. I had to teach the riggers how to rig and lower these.

I was young, I was dumb, I got super lucky!! Lots of PT but I have full use of my mittens. It’s only sensitive if I hit it with a wrench or something, so basically everyday it’s sensitive and swollen.
