I just got a new 2020 Tundra and I want bigger tires. The level kit w/ installation has a cost of $483. Is a 2.25 Readylift required if I go from 255/70R18 to 285/75R18?

Not if you're comfortable with a sawzall / angle grinder and some welding.

Thats almost a 35" so you'd probably at the very least have to remove the front little mud flap, trim the skid plate and mess with the front bumper liner. Depends on the wheel offset as well. Stock wheels?

Yes, I plan on keeping the stock 18" wheels.

I have a 3" lift w/ SPC UCA's, also plan same size tire and rim. Discount has said if they don't fit, I don't pay. Others here said they will fit. My UCA's protrude more than stock and that is my concern. I know it will be very close, if between an 1/8" and a 1/4" minimum clearance I will run them. Already have aftermarket bumper here so my case is a bit different. But based on what others here said I think you will be fine. Check your tire shop for the policy if they don't fit.
