    RCI has always had great customer service.
    This definitely is a production issue.
    The paint that is missing could definitely cause rust.
    Plus... if not careful...
    without proper instructions, he could hit the airbags when installing.

    Dayum. I assume that was stainless and for the Valhalla’s cat plates on your Sequoia? I hate leaving there spending $15 for 6 bolts. But I also hate having to buy 100 pieces on Amazon to get the special bolt that I’ll never use again.
