Cheapest/easiest way to add Android Auto to 2019 Platinum JBL system?

Looking for the quickest/easiest fix to add Android Auto to the stock head unit in my 2019 Tundra Platinum. Wireless or wired I don't truly care, just tired of the piss poor stock Nav!

There’s some others out there. I think this was around $500 when it was in stock.

 

Ouch - at that rate I'll get a whole new head unit. Was hoping for a $20-50 dongle-ish fix

I was looking in to Android Auto for my 2019. Then I realized JBL system can do many task, such as navigation via phone, contact list and calling, texting, voice command via Alexa, and more. I have never used Android Auto before, so I'm not sure what must-have features I'm missing by not having Android Auto. Someone with experience can let me know what I'm missing. Thank you

 

Via a wired connection? How do I even get to that?? Might be a nice first step!
