I find the whole thing is such a non-issue. Seriously, who really cares what "Gen" your truck is labeled with. Having said that, it is fun to poke the bear once in awhile. :boink:

You would think the '14+ guys would want to be in there with the Gen2 OG guys just because the Gen2 OG trucks have all the sexy curves. But, whatever.

Small things. I cleared the evap codes again because I keep forgetting to put my gas cap back on. and I coated my rusty tow hitch and trailer harness receptacle support with POR15.

Well the cross beams were purchased already cut to size and tapped. I cut the black piece you see there out of 1/4" aluminum and bought some ss allen bolts to put it together. Mounted on rails using some 1" aluminum square tubing cut up.

ah ... make sense.. I do tho clean my Tundra about every week end or a vac after my pups have been it. Lilly brush and ridged shop vac no attachment makes short work on the interior. my labs use to be bed dogs when they were younger even half bed half cab on my last truck (depended on if I had a passenger) I may have bought a CrewMax so my dogs could have a back seat for them selves  an for that day when I do meet the right women and need that room. ;)

0A096865-1D74-4141-8588-AEC4F2183212.jpg My pups when they ride in the back seat. And the great part is they are labs so they only shed twice a year. Like 6 months in the summer and 6 months in the winter

Changed my oil like a boss (only spilled an ounce-ish which is about 15 times better than last time).

Dogs and Tundies... Who's gonna start the thread???

Also, dog that doesn't shed for the win. The backseat hammock is still very necessary as his hair does collect most things in the wilderness.

It just needs a little duct tape, 30 weight ball bearings and some gauze pads and it’ll fit perfectly.

the chrome one is suuuper shiny and I wasnt a fan of it at all.

I got the headlights first and then the grille. Its really made the truck different looking to me. Im considering adding a 40" light bar between the grille and bumper but we'll see...

I did 2 smaller light bars between grill and bumpers with mine. 1 long one blocked access to hood latch. You can reach it through the grill with a hooked tool if you have 1 bar but it’s kinda a pain
