    Greeting all,

My name is Ron, I currently own an '02 Tundra SR5 with 101,500 miles and a '17 Tundra 1794 Edition with 402 miles. I come from a long line of Toyota Truck faithfuls. My recent purchase is my 3rd Toyota Truck (1989 Toyota SR5 ExtraCab V6).

I joined because I'm looking to get some ideas from some 3rd gen owners on storage organization in the center console. That box is huge but the Toyota tray offered is not to my satisfaction. Need alternatives. I'll post in the other area as well, but wanted to introduce myself and say "hello".

That vault is bad ass. I thought about picking it up but i want and really need quicker access. Very cool though and for certain applications I could see its the only way to go.

The firearm access is good but the vault lets me also secure wallet, binoculars, iPod, winch controller, garmins, wife's purse, etc

    Quicker access for your gun?

Either keep it on you or get a magnet mount for by your right knee. Helps a ton!
Get the safe for when you can't carry it on you

Thanks Everyone, I picked up the organizers encouraged. I appreciate the recommendations. I also appreciate all the hello's. Looks like a cool community. Looking forward to participating and learning from you all. I replied to someones request for pics of my two tundra's. They're great trucks.

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
That is a clean first gen! First one I have seen in a while that is that clean looking. Is it a 4x4?

Thank you, and yes its the 4.7 L V8 4WD SR5. I take excellent are of my things. The paint is in great shape, but she is 15 years old and has its blemishes. I recently added the TRD fender flares and restored some of the plastic (with limited success). I also plasti-dipped the wheels, all the badges and the front grill, getting rid of some of the chrome to give it a more modern present look. I think those changes really helped the truck a lot. The LED headlights and fog lights top off the updates. She is in phenomenal condition. The interior is nearly new looking. I didn't need to replace her but the 1794 kept calling my name, so now I have two trucks. Probably going to sell the 2002 at some point.
