Hi everyone I'm new and have a question about lifting my 2014 tundra crewmax . To make a short story long I've always wanted to lift a truck and now since I sent the last payment to pay off my rig I'm gunna but I have a 7 foot garage door hieght ( 83 inches to be exact from my concrete drive to bottom of door jam ! Can I put a 3inch lift and 34 inch tires on it and it will still fit in the door ? Anybody with that combo got some picks I'd really like to see them and no what hieght of overall truck is from ground to highest point of roof to make sure it will fir in garage ! Thanks !

I have a 3" lift on mine & i can fit my truck in our garage. I'm guessing our garage is your standard garage height. Most of the parking garages here in town are around the 7' to 7'10" range & I can fit the truck in it with no issues. That's not the say I question it every time I pull up to a garage.

I wondered the same with mine. Found out the top height of my truck was just a little over 6'-6" when I dragged the roof on one of those yellow overhead clearance tubes. I fit in the garage with 2-4" of clearance above.

I installed the 3"front, 1"rear toytec ultimate kit and ~34.5" Goodyear duratracs for reference.

Thanks , I'm trying to not buy another one ever there getting a little pricey and I took everything out of mr to work all the overtime to get the money to get rid of the payment book ! Your rig looks nice ! I see summit has a 3 inch lift for 435 I think it's more of a leveling kit though so I wonder how that would look or should I go with more expensive fab tech or sky jacker or bds suspension lift ? Somebody posted a thing That seems to me I could do 6 inch lift and 35s and only be at 82.5 inches tall at peak ! That would be good cuz I have a 83 inch opening in garage door !

    If I had a 6" i would probably be looking at 37" tires. I run 34.41"
On a 3.5" suspension lift. (Might be 3" now that it's all settled.)

3" front spacer lift and 2" rear spring lift. 20" Fuel rims with BF Goodrich G2 33.5s and Volant cold air intake.
I did a 3" front spacer and 2" rear spring lift. I put nitto terra grappler G2's 295-70-18 on some motto metal rims and my truck sits a 6' 8" at the rear roof line.

I remember clearing a car wash sign that was at 6`6". I have the 3/1 lift with 275/R70/18's. I have no problems getting into my garage except for the tow mirrors. I have more problems with width at some car washes so I wash the truck at home.
