Instead of trying to trace the trays on the carpet, put it on a piece of card board and trace onto that. Then you can cut your own template and test fit the trays into the template holes to make sure the fit is good before you start cutting the carpet and foam.

I installed this about a month ago. Very quick project and a snug fit. The only aspect of this project that takes time is avoiding the keyless entry wiring harness in the middle cut-out. IMG_9606.jpg IMG_9605.jpg IMG_9604.jpg

I will add my experience. I jacked up pretty bad with my floor liners, should have cut the holes with them laying in place. Instead I installed and traced the liners around it. Still good, but not really good. The hardest part for me was the stupid middle cutout. I was so worried about the wiring I spent 15 minutes whittling away until I found it and cut around it. Love the product, 100% recommended.

About to do this install and have the Husky liners. Are you saying to keep the liners in place and trace the template on the liners while still in the vehicle?

Basically. Remove the liners, trace and cut the holes. Install the liners and cut the holes to fit.

Link for plastic trays? I was understanding there was a substantial price increase awahile back. Was there? Seems to me the ESP stuff is very costly as per what they give you! Still waiting for a link I may have missed.

I did the cuts and just threw my tools in the holes. No template needed. No purchase of anything. LOL.

I just dont have the pretty plastic boxes sticking up flush to seat bottoms.

We haven't had a price increase on our plastic box in years. It started at $199.95 in 2015 and we raised it to $247.95 in 2020 due to a material change which caused a big increase in our price. We were using what is called a regrind material which basically was recycled plastic mixed with new plastic. In early 2020 we started seeing issues with the material having porosities in it causing weakness, so we had to go to a 100% virgin material(not recycled) which made our cost go up. As far as our other products, not sure who has been paying attention but metal prices have gone through the roof in the last three years. Yes our prices have gone up, but not to match our product price increases. To be honest, we are struggling just to stay in business right now because of all of the cost increases. Our rent increases yearly, utility costs are stupid and our liability insurance increased 25% and we have never had a claim. Not to mention metal, plastic, cardboard for packaging etc. Our margins when we started were not too bad, but now we are litterally just making it. We are not a big company like AMP or RCI or any of the other companies. We are just Earl and Shelly Pike(ESP) running our company. There is no extra for us right now. So when you say costly, not really sure what you mean. Here is a link though if you want it https://esptruck.com/products/esp-t...-under-seat-storage-unit-for-tundra-2014-2021
